The Forever Promise -our return & guarantee policy
Personalised & made-to-order items (portraits, photo cases, custom apparel, door signs, etc.) Because each one is created from your photo just for you, we can't resell it — so personalised items aren't eligible for "changed my mind" returns. That's exactly why we remove the risk before we print:
- You get a free proof of your design before anything is printed.
- You get unlimited edits until it's right — we only print once you approve.
If something's wrong, we fix it. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you approved, email hello@nobleandtail.com with a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it free or refund you-no hoops, no arguing.
Non-personalised stock items (any ready-made, non-customised product) Return unused, in original condition within 30 days for a refund. UK customers also have a statutory 14-day right to cancel from delivery.
