Refund policy
Personalised & Made-to-Order Items All Noble&Tail products are made to order and personalised specifically for you. Because each item is custom-created, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect information provided at checkout, or buyer's remorse. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Free Design Preview & Revisions Every order includes a complimentary digital design preview before we go to print. You'll receive your proof within 1–2 business days of placing your order. We offer up to 3 free revision rounds — because we want you to love it. Once you approve your design, production begins and no further changes can be made. By approving your custom design, you confirm all details are correct.
Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase before design work begins. After that, production is underway and cancellations cannot be accepted.
Damaged, Defective or Lost Items Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We also cover you if your order is lost in transit. In either case, contact us at hello@nobleandtail.com within 7 days of your expected delivery date with your order number and clear photos of the damage or your tracking details — we'll make it right with a replacement at no cost to you.
Incorrect Personalisation If we made an error with the name, date, or design based on the details you provided, we'll reprint and reship at no charge. If the error was in the information submitted at checkout, we'll work with you to find a fair resolution — a reprint at a reduced cost or store credit.
International Orders We ship to over 230 countries worldwide. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are outside our control and are not included in your order total.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Please note this right does not apply to custom or personalised items under EU consumer law.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us to discuss your situation. Where an exchange is possible, we'll guide you through the process.
Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected any return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@nobleandtail.com.
Starting a Return To initiate any return or claim, contact us first at hello@nobleandtail.com. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
